RaceRoar is a real-time race tracking platform that lets spectators follow runners during marathons and road races from any device. Runners share their GPS position via a mobile app, and spectators can watch their progress on a live map with ETA predictions.

## How it works

1. Race organizers register their race with a GPX route file
2. Runners join the race and share a tracking code
3. Spectators open the race page and follow runners in real time
4. The system calculates pace, distance, and ETA at watch points

- Web: Angular (SSG prerendered, zoneless)
- API: Fastify + PostGIS
- Mobile: React Native (Expo)
- Real-time: WebSocket + Redis pub/sub
